Engineering:
Our engineering services provide our customers with the support they need to ensure their mission success. Our engineering services and support include requirements analysis, design, build, verification and validation, test, deployment, and legacy upgrades for our customer’s hardware, software, mechanical, electrical, and embedded needs.
We have provided engineering services for avionics, guidance systems, and telemetry processing for commercial aviation, military aircraft, launch vehicles, and ballistic missile applications as well as hardware and software development. Technical Staffing:
Our technical staffing enables our customers to expand their resources and capacity while minimizing their time and costs. We draw from our pool of dedicated employees and reliable contractors to fulfill our customer’s needs. Many of our personnel hold TS (Top Secret) clearances and have 20+ years of experience in the Aerospace, Defense, and Commercial industries, making them largely qualified and capable resources to help our customers get the job done. Our average placement time is 18 days, allowing us to rapidly place resources in positions throughout the country, ranging from a few weeks to a few years.
Systems Integration:
We utilize a true systems integration approach on each and every project. We assist our customers in defining ALL requirements, risks, and challenges in the initial planning phase of a project, in an effort to avoid significant and unanticipated issues when it comes time to integrate the new hardware and/or software with other systems, subsystems, and components.
We also provide systems integration lab expertise (SIL) for software and hardware development, integration, and testing. Our SIL expertise provides for the evaluation of functionality and interoperability before the system is out in the field or flying above the earth. Project Management:
Successful project management is essential to delivering quality services and solutions on time and within budget. Our project management services provide consistent collaboration, communication,and reporting throughout the entire project life cycle.
Our project managers are PMI certified and have experience in managing projects and programs for some of the top five government primes. Our project managers formulate and communicate project plans with cost and resource estimating, scheduling, reporting,performance and progress tracking as well as risk assessment and mitigation, ensuring that our Consultative approach is followed from kick off to closeout.
